Finally managed to get a proper video edit done of Bryce and Emily’s first trip to Kuala Rompin to check out the sailfish fishing here.

What an absolute insane place!!
If Kuala Rompin isn’t already on your bucket list then it really really should be. Two days of absolute madness, I’ve never seen anything like the concentration of billfish off this remarkable bit of coastline. At times we could see up to 30 sails smashing baitfish on the surface, absolutely a sight I’ll never forget!
Ticked off some epic light tackle catches too, managed to get two on my new softbait set and two on a bait cast set. I will be back for sure, need to get one on the fly rod next time!
