Made-to-order
Sure, by choosing made-to-order means slightly slower fulfilment or delivery – just a bit. However, made-to-order makes a difference in traditional retail and takes a step towards sustainable and responsible production. When choosing made-to-order services, products get printed only when a customer buys them.
In traditional made-to-sell retail stores, products are made in large quantities and often exceed market demand. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage.
By choosing the made-to-order concept for most of our products, we give customers a more sustainable choice as well as more product choices—no more settling for mass-produced apparels and items. Instead, we can create products with a personal touch.
Reducing waste
Since we fulfill our products only when a customer buys them and we produce less waste than traditional made-to-sell retail stores, our closet’s cleaner. Sport Fishing Asia (SFA) products are created using the made-to-order production approach. We stock only the products customers actually want and don’t throw our leftover stock into landfills.

Pay securely using:
- Pay with PayPal, or a Bank Account or Credit Card via Paypal
- Credit Cards via Stripe
We keep your payment information secure. We never store your credit card information.
Delivery (Shipping Time)
When will I get my order?
To reduce wastage, many of our products are made-to-order, that also means taking a little more time to get to you.
Order fulfilment: Usually, it takes 2–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.
Normal shipping time: The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 4–16 business days
- Japan: 6–10 business days
- Other destinations: 14–28 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with help from fulfilment companies with facilities worldwide! That way we can serve a global audience. Our production partners are located in USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, and Malaysia.
Depending on the item ordered and your delivery address, your purchase will be fulfilled and shipped from the closest location.
Will I be charged customs and import tax for my order?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Additional customs and tax fee can occur on some orders and are countries dependant. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts (You may even contact us if you are still unsure)—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
