1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Due to the limited nature of our fishing seasons and guide availability, dates are reserved exclusively for confirmed guests. Tentative unconfirmed dates may be held for a maximum of 7 days.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another trip date within 18 months, subject to availability.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 90 days prior to the trip start date.
For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in the release of the booking.
3. Cancellation by Guest
We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our goal is always to work with our guests to find the best possible solution whenever circumstances arise.
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing via email.

Credits valid 18 months.
If we are able to rebook the cancelled dates with another guest, we will refund the applicable payment minus a 15% administrative fee.
4. Rescheduling Your Trip
Guests may reschedule their trip once without penalty, provided notice is given at least 90 days prior to departure.
Rescheduled trips must take place within 18 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
5. Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend your trip, you may transfer your booking to another angler at no additional cost.
Please notify us in advance so we can update the guest details.
6. Weather and Safety
Fishing conditions are influenced by weather, water conditions, and safety considerations.
If a trip cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen operational issues, guests will be offered:
• An alternative fishing date
• An alternative fishing location or activity (where applicable)
• A refund for the affected portion of the trip
Safety decisions are made at the discretion of the captain or guide.
7. Fishing Success
Sport fishing involves wild fish in natural environments. While our guides work hard to provide the best possible opportunities, catching fish cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will not be provided based on fishing success.
8. Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including late arrivals, early departures, or missed activities.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Flight delays
• Medical emergencies
• Travel disruptions
Travel insurance helps protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Force Majeure
Sport Fishing Asia shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Political instability
• Airline disruptions
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
In such situations, we will make every effort to offer rescheduling options or trip credits where possible.
