Some Dry Flies from Tacklebox Adventures

WAITER! THERE’S A FLY IN MY… ERRR… POND.

Among the intriguing allure of fly fishing is the fly itself. If fly casting is an art-form, then the fly tying is an art. The dry flies pictures here are real tiny and they are tied by Nick Ooi of Tacklebox Adventures.

The flies are so small in size it seem a challenge just to tie them. Good eye-sight is an added advantage of fly fishing as I’ve discovered when trying to tread the fine tippet line through the tiny hook-eye among all the ‘hairy stuff’!
