This video shows our five days fly fishing trip for mahseer in Thailand. This is Tim’s maiden trip and he totally nails a couple of good fish, including the biggest still I’ve seen caught on fly.
You can see in the video what it’s like fishing in a wild and pristine rainforest setting. Fresh air, sound of animals, even seeing will animals!
The thick jungle and super spooky fish poses a challenge to any fly angler. Even advanced casters get both frustrated and enjoyment from putting their skills to a really good test.

TOO MANY CAMERAS SPOILER
In hindsight using the three cameras on this trip wasn’t a good idea. The Olympus, GoPro and HTC RE all have pretty different qualities. The recordings make editing a bit more complicated, too.
